What is the Status of my Return Merchandise Authorization ( RMA )?

When a customer submits a reuqet to return a product, they should receive a response within 1 business day (usually sooner) from our Returns Department. If you haven't recieved any information and it's been a few days, simply send us a note and we'll give you a full update on the stauts.
