Yes. I would first like to point out that we are here to help. If there is a problem with your order than we may be able to fix it with one simple email. If we sent an item to you by mistake we can easily send you the correct item, also keep in mind we offer a lifetime warranty on our products.

The online RMA process is intended for those who ordered the wrong item and do not need technical support.

We have a 30 day return policy and a lifetime warranty after that.  To start the return process, simply send us a note and we'll set everything up for you!
