My device doesn't fit in the Gomadic Holder, am I doing something wrong?

For instructions on how to install your holder check our Instructional Videos ... otherwise the solution maybe as simple as turn your device on its side :) Turn the holder on its side and put the clamps on the 'top' and 'bottom' of the device. Most wide screen devices are intended to be used in our holder in this way. Refer to the following picture as
an example of how to use our holder in landscape mode. In addition you
