Can the SunVolt power my laptop?

No it can not. The SunVolt Power Station is designed to charge any device that use 20 Watts of power or less. Most laptop computers require 90 Watts of power which exceeds even the SunVolt's capability. We do however understand there is demand for such a solar panel and are considering the idea for future products.
