Tracking shows that my package has been scanned as delivered; however, I have not received it. What should I do?

Occasionally packages are scanned as delivered but the customer did not receive them. In these cases we ask that you please take the following steps.

  1. Wait at least a couple of days from the scanned delivered date. Sometimes the packages were actually left at a neighbors' house and show up a few days later.
  2. Contact your local post office along with your delivery confirmation number. See if they have any updates.

If neither of those options work out, please contact us and let us know that you have tried options 1 and 2 above without any luck. We will then ask for an alternate address (we do not like to ship to the same address again for obvious reasons) and promptly reship the item.
