I received my product; however, it's not what I expected

I would first like to point out that we are here to help.  If there is aproblem with your order than we may be able to fix it with one simple email.  If we sent an item to you by mistake we can easily send you the correct item, also keep in mind we ahve a lifetime warranty on our products.

The online RMA process is intended for those who ordered the wrong item and do not need technical support.

As long as 30 days have not passed since you placed your order, you can return an item to Gomadic. Simply send us a note and we'll make all the arrangments on your behalf for the return.
