I received my leather case, but do not like the way my device fits in it.

As long as 30 days have not passed since you placed your order, you can return an item to Gomadic.  Simply contact usand we will reply promptly with instructions.  You will need to mail the item back to us and provide an RMA on the package.  Please note that Gomadic does not have the ability to send return labels and shipping fees (to and from) are not refundable.  Of course if you are unhappy with the case and would like to try another, please let us know specifically what the problem is (ie. Too short, too long, etc) and we will see if we have another more appropriate match to send to you instead.
